Private pay and out-of-Network

If you are interested in becoming a new patient, please use the contact form below. When contacting me, please briefly describe the type of treatment you are seeking, any current concerns or diagnoses you would like addressed, and any questions you may have about treatment or scheduling.

I can usually schedule first appointments within one week. All first appointments are psychiatric evaluations, during which I will conduct a comprehensive interview regarding your history, symptoms, and treatment goals in order to provide appropriate treatment recommendations and discuss a plan of care moving forward.

Fees are as follows:

Psychiatric Evaluation (50 minutes) — $600
Psychotherapy/Medication Management (45 minutes) — $450
Medication Management (25 minutes) — $400

If you are planning to use out-of-network insurance benefits, please note that payment is collected at the time of service, and an invoice/superbill will be provided after each session for possible reimbursement through your insurance plan.
